[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Many products require a tooling (mold) and at ISN we try our best to find factories who have inhouse tooling facilities which helps lower the cost. This also allows us to negotiate the credit of funds once a minimum number of pieces have been purchased. These types of tooling will stay in the factory to produce your products and that is how we negotiate for you to get the cost of the tooling credited back to you once you reach a certain quantity ordered.<\/span><\/p>\n

For tooling production, it is necessary to provide an engineered CAD drawing in formats such as: Solid Works or Creo (Pro\/Engineer) drawings to start the process. We can refer you to a service that can provide this to them, if needed.<\/span><\/p>\n

If you are is interested in producing the tooling only to be sent and used in their USA warehouse, we can help with this also.<\/span><\/p>\n

If prototyping is required ISN can provide assistance with CNC\/SLA\/SLS Prototyping.<\/span><\/p>\n

Common types of tooling are: injection molding, blow molding, rotational molding, and thermal forming.<\/span><\/p>\n

When tooling is completed prototypes and\/or samples will be sent to you for approval.<\/span><\/p>\n
