1) Does ISN provide a nondisclosure agreement?
We can provide an NDA if needed or if you prefer, we will accept your own.
2) How can we trust ISN?
We have over 32 years in the product sourcing business and can provide references, if necessary. We can also provide our D&B number.
3) Are there any fees?
We know that all customer’s needs are different and require different amounts of time so after we speak and review your product, we will determine the amount of time and work necessary and base our fee on that. We will submit a proposal to you with the amount and what you can expect. Also, we will credit the full fee back to you once you have placed your first order.
4) What are the usual sourcing fees?
We try to make our fees as reasonable as possible and the usual fee is around $2500-$3500.
5) How long will the process take to source a factory?
All products are different; however, the sourcing process generally takes 10-14 business days.
6) Do you source for only one factory?
No. We start with 3-4 we feel are good factories for your product but if they are not a good fit, we continue sourcing until you are happy.
7) When we receive a quote, is that final?
No. We will always work to get the best quote for you without compromising quality. If we submit a quote to you that is not agreeable, we will do our best until we can find a good fit for you.
8) Can ISN help us with creating CAD drawings?
ISN does not do CAD drawings but we do partner with a firm that can create CAD for you if you have all the necessary information to do so. Please know that ISN cannot be held responsible for client designs. Designs must be provided by the client and we will do our very best to fulfill your design requirements.
9) Does ISN represent any factories?
No. We do not represent any factories. We represent our clients exclusively and will do all we can to help you be successful with your project.
10) At what point can I abandon my project and still receive a refund on my order?
You may choose to cancel a project anytime before money has been transferred to factories and receive your full payment back. However, you will not receive our sourcing fee back if the project is abandoned.
11) Does ISN provide consulting advice along the entire importing process?
Yes. We will be available from the start of the project until you have taken receipt of your product(s) at no extra fee.
