For tooling production, it is necessary to provide an engineered CAD drawing in formats such as: Solid Works or Creo (Pro/Engineer) drawings to start the process. We can refer you to a service that can provide this to them, if needed.
If you are is interested in producing the tooling only to be sent and used in their USA warehouse, we can help with this also.
If prototyping is required ISN can provide assistance with CNC/SLA/SLS Prototyping.
Common types of tooling are: injection molding, blow molding, rotational molding, and thermal forming.
When tooling is completed prototypes and/or samples will be sent to you for approval.
1. Tooling cost
2. Minimum product quantity to get tooling charges credited to your account
3. Estimated tooling production time
ISN will prepare a separate quote sheet for product unit costs and MOQ’s.
*** ISN does not assume the responsibility for designs that are not functional. This includes errors in drawings that are submitted to us.
